Mediterranean vegetables and sweet potato in a savoury pastry case topped with goats cheese served with balsamic reduction, new potatoes and salad garnish.
Seafield’s Homemade Fishcakes
smoked haddock and salmon fishcakes with lime, coriander and a hint of chilli, served with hand cut chips and dressed lettuce leaves.
Italian Lasagne
classic recipe using the finest steak mince served with hand cut chips and a salad garnish.
Traditional Cullen Skink
Combining locally sourced smoked haddock, potato and onion, in a chowder type dish
Chicken (or Vegetable) Curry (medium hot)
curried chicken with Madras spices, garlic, coriander, basmati rice and naan bread.
