TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We recommend booking as early as possible, as popular dates fill quickly.
Reservations are considered as provisional until a 25% deposit or agreed security is received, on receipt, the booking is classified confirmed and held.
Unconfirmed reservations can only be held awaiting deposit for up to a maximum of seven days or as agreed with Seafield Lodge and subject to availability.
Payment can be made by all the usual methods; most credit cards are accepted. Please note cash payment should be made in person and an official hotel receipt obtained. The hotel will not accept any claims of unaccountable or non-receipted payments.
All offers are subject to availability.
The owners of Seafield Lodge retain the right at their absolute discretion to alter, change or cancel tariffs or charges without notice.
Normal check-in time is after 14:00 and normal check-out time is by 11:00. It may be possible to vary these times by prior agreement.
A deposit of 25% (of the total package price) or credit/debit card security, as indicated at the time of booking is required to confirm a booking.
In the event of cancellation of an individual (one room) confirmed booking, any losses or costs arising shall be recoverable as follows: Cancellations over 2 days before the arrival date, we shall attempt to re-let the accommodation, if this is not possible, costs up to the value of the deposit may be applied. Cancellations within 2 days of the arrival date or no-shows shall be charged at the full booking value.
We advise guests to take out holiday insurance to protect against any potential loss.
